Domestic shipping generally takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
At this time, we ship within all 50 U.S. states only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and distance from Colorado to the delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges
Now N Zen Claims & Returns Policy: -Damage claims must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery and must include photos. Please email: info@nownzen.com -Items confirmed as damaged due to our error will be replaced with a similar product at our shipping cost. -For returns or exchanges requested for other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping costs. -Returned items must be unused and in original condition. -A 9% restocking fee applies to applicable returns and exchanges. -All claims for returns, exchanges, or missing items must be submitted within 9 days of receipt. -Claims submitted after 9 days will be eligible for store credit only. -Claims submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
All invoices must be paid prior to shipping. A valid credit card is required for all orders.
